2. Our Services

Nai Do Transpersonal Academy provides:

One-to-one transpersonal hypnotherapy, regression therapy, Adlerian counselling, and related therapeutic modalities
Professionally accredited training programs in transpersonal hypnotherapy and regression therapy (Certified Practitioner, Advanced Practitioner, and Master Practitioner levels)
Workshops, retreats, and related educational offerings
Publishing through Tatia Press

All services are subject to availability and professional assessment of suitability.

3. Important Disclaimers

Our services are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment. Transpersonal hypnotherapy, regression therapy, Adlerian counselling, and all modalities offered by Nai Do Transpersonal Academy are complementary approaches. They do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or psychiatric conditions.

If you are currently receiving treatment from a medical or mental health professional, we recommend that you inform them of your intention to engage in our services. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a qualified mental health professional.

Results vary from person to person. We make no guarantees regarding the outcomes of any therapy session, training program, or workshop.

4. Booking and Appointments

Appointments are scheduled through our online booking system (Calendly) or by direct arrangement.
A discovery call may be offered or required before the first session to ensure that our services are a suitable fit.
By booking a session, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that the information you have provided is accurate.

5. Payment and Fees

Fees for individual sessions, training programs, and other services are communicated prior to booking or enrolment.
Payment terms and methods are specified at the time of purchase.
Flexible payment plans may be available for training programs, as communicated during the admissions process.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Individual sessions:

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session will be rescheduled or refunded at the client's preference.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable, except in cases of genuine emergency, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice ("no-show") is non-refundable.

Training programs:

A deposit is required to secure your place. The deposit is non-refundable unless the program is cancelled by Nai Do Transpersonal Academy.
Withdrawal from a program after commencement is subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of enrolment.
If Nai Do Transpersonal Academy cancels a program, all fees paid will be refunded in full.

7. Admissions and Training

Admission to training programs is at the discretion of Nai Do Transpersonal Academy.
Applicants are assessed for alignment with our program values and requirements. Completion of an application form and a discovery call may be required.
Enrolment in a training program does not guarantee certification. Certification is subject to successful completion of all program requirements, including coursework, supervised practice, case studies, and any assessments as outlined in the program documentation.
Nai Do Transpersonal Academy reserves the right to withdraw a student from a program if their conduct is inconsistent with the ethical standards and professional expectations of the program. In such cases, any refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

8. Confidentiality

All information shared by clients during therapy sessions is treated as strictly confidential, in accordance with our professional and ethical obligations.
Information shared during training programs, including peer practice sessions, is subject to the same confidentiality standards. All students agree to uphold confidentiality as a condition of enrolment.
Confidentiality may be breached only where required by law or where there is an immediate and serious risk of harm to the client or others.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, training materials, course content, and publications — is the intellectual property of Sanela Čović and Nai Do Transpersonal Academy unless otherwise stated.
