Year Two moves into the energetic and spiritual dimensions of healing, the territory that lies beyond the psychological, where the deepest and most persistent patterns are often held. Very few programs in the world teach this material in a structured, clinically grounded, and ethically held way. At Nai Do it forms a coherent specialist curriculum across eleven modules.
What you will learn
Energy anatomy and energy in hypnotherapy.
Space clearing, for yourself and for the therapeutic space.
Spiritual release therapy, in both assessment and protocol.
Energy release and healing.
Soul retrieval, in both theory and practice.
Proxy and distance work, for clients who cannot themselves enter trance.
Complex cases, and the boundary between spiritual emergency and psychiatric crisis.
Ancestral and transgenerational healing.
Practical integration that draws the year's work into a single, disciplined practice.
The curriculum is grounded in the established clinical literature of regression therapy, spiritual release, soul retrieval, and ancestral and transgenerational healing.
Hours: 350+ hours in total. Eleven weekend intensives, monthly masterclasses, monthly group supervision, individual mentoring, and supervised client practice.
What makes this different
Energy work, spiritual release, soul retrieval, ancestral healing, they are offered in many places, but rarely held with real clinical care. Here they are not a collection of exciting techniques. They are taught as one body of work, with proper assessment, with ethics, and with something that matters just as much as any method: the judgement to know when not to work at all.
You will learn this territory from someone who actually practises it. I teach what I do in my own clinical room, which means I can show you what happens when a session becomes difficult, when the work does not go where you expected, when a client needs you to slow down or stop. That, more than any technique, is what separates safe practice from enthusiasm.
The group stays small, and in work this deep that is not a luxury. The size of the group and the safety of the field are part of what makes the work possible at all.
Supervision runs through every module, not added on at the end. You bring your real client cases to supervision, because that is where an energetic or spiritual technique slowly becomes genuine clinical skill.
And the year is about integration, not accumulation. You will not leave with eleven separate tools to choose between. You will leave with one disciplined practice, in which everything you have learned serves a single, coherent understanding of the person in front of you.
What is included
All sessions recorded; monthly weekend intensives and masterclasses; learning platform access; the script library and clinical tools vault; a private student community; group supervision throughout; and individual mentoring with Sanela.
The program includes one full session feedback on your recorded client work.
Tuition
€7,000 - A deposit of €1,400 secures your place and counts toward your total. It is refundable within a short cooling-off period after enrolment, and non-refundable thereafter, as it holds a place in a small group that we will not fill again once the year begins.
The balance can be paid in full before the program begins, or spread across the year through a payment plan: half before we start, the remainder in instalments.
When enrolment opens, two reductions will be available, and they can be combined: €500 off for those who enrol first, and a further €500 off for paying in full before the program begins. Registering your interest now is the surest way to secure the Early Bird. Spreading the cost never costs more; the fee is the same whether you pay at once or over the year.
We offer adjusted regional pricing for participants in the Balkans and in other regions where the full international fee would not be proportionate to local incomes. If this applies to you, contact us and we will be glad to discuss it.
Entry
The Advanced Practitioner Program is open to anyone certified in transpersonal hypnotherapy, regression, and parts therapy, whether with Nai Do or with another recognised training. Entry is by application and review of your prior training, so we can be sure your foundation covers all three modalities to the depth this year requires. The Advanced Practitioner Program and the Abaton Method year may be taken in either order.
