The Master Practitioner Program at nai do Transpersonal Academy is a two-year immersion into transformational work that reshapes both the practitioner and the people they serve, guided throughout by one coherent, integrated vision.
This program cultivates perceptual depth before technique. Through a unified clinical framework informed by Adlerian psychology, Ericksonian hypnotherapy, and transpersonal, transgenerational and spiritual consciousness studies, you are trained to apprehend the whole person. You learn to recognize the early life conclusions that organize identity, the protective and polarized subpersonalities that govern adaptation, the psychophysiological patterns encoded in the body, and the deeper currents of meaning and vocation seeking expression.
These are not treated as parallel modalities, instead they form a single, multidimensional cartography of the human psyche, accessing it thorugh psychological, somatic, relational, and transpersonal levels. Clinical hypnotherapy functions as the methodological gateway through which this integrative map becomes experientially accessible and therapeutically actionable.
What emerges through this training is not merely technical competence. You develop disciplined presence, structural diagnostic clarity, and the capacity to hold complex psychological and spiritual process without fragmentation. The practitioner develops a refined perception, anchored containment, and the ability to accompany another person through the unfolding of their becoming.

Program Structure
The MPP is designed for practitioners ready to commit to depth. Across two years of monthly weekend intensives, masterclass workshops, and self-paced platform learning, you will build the kind of mastery that cannot be rushed. August of each year is reserved for rest and integration.
Year 1 · 2026–2027 - Foundations & Certification
Year One covers the full CPP curriculum - transpersonal hypnotherapy, regression therapy, parts therapy, and practice building - delivered over 12 months rather than the intensive 3-month format. The same rigorous foundations, the same certification standard, with more time to integrate, practice, and develop your clinical confidence at a sustainable pace.

Year Two moves into the energetic and spiritual dimensions of healing, the territory that lies beyond the psychological, where the deepest and most persistent patterns of suffering are often held.
Very few training programs in the world teach this material in a structured, clinically grounded, and ethically held way. At Nai Do, it forms the heart of Year Two, a coherent specialist curriculum that equips you to work with precision and compassion in territory that demands both.

What You Will Learn
Year One: Foundations & Clinical Competence
Year One builds the practitioner from the ground up. You will develop a deep understanding of the model of the psyche and the art of clinical hypnotherapy. You will learn and practise induction, deepening, Ericksonian communication, NLP essentials, regression therapy (affect bridge, inner child, healing protocols), Parts Therapy (including the Director Technique and Control Room, and many more), and trauma-informed practice. By Month 11 you begin working with clients under supervision.
Year Two: Depth, Energy & Mastery
Year Two takes you into advanced territory: complex regression cases and somatic memory, transpersonal regression (past lives and beyond-biography work), energy awareness and energy healing methods, distance healing, transpersonal integration, systemic and relational awareness, advanced parts work for complex presentations, and the development of your unique clinical identity and therapeutic philosophy. Supervision intensifies throughout.
Monthly Masterclass Series
Each month you receive a 2-hour session with a specialist expert. Topics span neuroscience, Adlerian psychology, NLP, polyvagal theory, attachment, energy anatomy, consciousness research, systemic constellation work, psychospiritual development, research methodology, and professional practice. These masterclasses are curated by the lead instructor and integrated into the curriculum.
Online Learning Strands
Six structured online strands run between live weekends, covering Ethics and Scope of Practice, Hypnotic Language, Trauma and Regulation Theory, and Professional Practice Development. All strands are task-based and assessed.
This program welcomes you regardless of your background, and meets you where you are. If you are new to this work, Year One builds your foundations, your clinical skills, and your inner readiness from the ground up.
If you have already completed the Nai Do Certified Practitioner program, you can apply to enter directly at Year Two, stepping straight into the advanced territory of transpersonal regression, energy healing, and clinical mastery. Either way, the journey ends in the same place: a practitioner of depth, presence, and genuine skill.
