MBTI® Step I & II Personality Profiling
Know Yourself. Lead Your Life With Clarity.
Self-awareness is the foundation of empowered change. Before you can transform a pattern, navigate a relationship, or step into a new chapter of your life with confidence, you need to understand how you are wired, not as a label, but as a living map of your natural strengths, preferences, and growth edges.
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) is one of the most widely used and respected personality frameworks in the world. At Nai Do Transpersonal Academy, we offer MBTI® profiling not as a standalone exercise in categorisation, but as a meaningful tool for self-understanding that can enrich every dimension of your personal and professional life.
More Than Just a "Type"
You may have encountered MBTI® casually, a four-letter type shared in conversation, a quiz taken online. But the full MBTI® experience, particularly at Step II level, goes far deeper than popular culture suggests.
MBTI® is built on the work of Carl Jung and developed by Isabel Briggs Myers and Katharine Cook Briggs. At its core, it explores how you naturally prefer to direct your energy, take in information, make decisions, and orient to the world around you. These preferences are not boxes, they are doorways into understanding why you do what you do, and how you can do it with more awareness and less friction.
Step I identifies your four-letter type - your broad personality pattern across four dimensions. This alone can bring remarkable clarity to how you communicate, work, relate, and manage stress.
Step II goes further, breaking each dimension into five facets, twenty facets in total, that reveal the nuance within your type. This is where the real richness lives. Step II shows you where you align with your type and where you diverge, creating a detailed and highly personalised portrait that goes far beyond a generic description.
How MBTI® Supports Your Journey
Making aligned life, career, or relationship decisions - When you understand your natural preferences, you can make choices that honour who you actually are rather than who you think you should be. This is especially powerful during transitions, career changes, relationship shifts, or moments of reinvention.
Navigating stress and conflict with more ease - Each type has characteristic stress responses and communication blind spots. Understanding yours, and those of the people around you, can transform how you handle difficult conversations, disagreements, and pressure.
Strengthening practitioner presence and communication - For therapists, coaches, healers, and other practitioners, MBTI® offers invaluable insight into how your personality shapes your therapeutic style, your client interactions, and your professional development. Step II is particularly powerful for this work.
Building conscious teams or partnerships - Whether in a business context, a creative collaboration, or a personal relationship, understanding type dynamics can help groups work together with greater empathy, efficiency, and mutual respect.
Integrating personal insight with spiritual growth - At Nai Do, we see MBTI® not as separate from the deeper work, but as a complement to it. Understanding your personality preferences can illuminate patterns that also show up in your inner work, in hypnotherapy, regression, or counselling. Self-knowledge at the personality level creates a foundation for self-knowledge at the soul level.
What Happens in a Profiling Session?
An MBTI® session with Sanela Čović at Nai Do is a personalised, interactive experience, not a test you take and forget.
You will complete the official MBTI® instrument, after which we meet for an in-depth feedback session. This is a conversation, not a lecture. Together, we explore your results, check them against your lived experience, and build a nuanced understanding of your type that feels true and useful to you.
For Step II clients, the session goes deeper into the twenty facets, exploring where your individual pattern confirms your type and where it offers surprising nuance. This often produces some of the most meaningful "aha" moments, the places where your personality breaks the mould and reveals something uniquely yours.
You will leave the session with your official MBTI® report, a clear understanding of your type, and practical insights you can apply immediately in your life, work, and relationships.
